Kathleen is the founder of DepositGuard.App, inspired by her personal experiences with her sons’ off-campus housing and by countless conversations with parents who felt their children weren’t being treated fairly in the rental system. Seeing firsthand how deposits were often lost due to vague policies, poor documentation, and unresponsive management, Kathleen set out to create a simple, transparent solution that educates renters and protects their rights.
With a strong passion for fairness and innovation, she partnered with Tech Guru Frank to bring DepositGuard.App to life. Together, they’ve built a platform that empowers students, parents, and renters everywhere to safeguard their deposits through documentation, reduce disputes, and move through the rental process with confidence.
